The
Founder of the chapter is defined as the person who starts the chapter
by bringing in 5 new members, all paid in full. The Founder plus those
five (5) new members make up the chapter membership initially. All Founders are required to attend a 3 hour training course on either Monday EVENING from 6-9 PM or SAT AM from 9-12 AM, whichever is next, or whichever they can make it to. A Leads2Biz corporate representative will asssit them in their initial meetings, even after they've been trained. The chapter Founder picks the day of the week and diner location to hold their meetings at. Leads2Biz will conduct the first meeting and attend until the FOUNDER is self sufficient in the running of the chapter and it's meetings.
The Founder usually accepts the position of President of the Chapter. However, they are not required to do so. This
person should be a center of influence in the community the chapter is
opening within, meaning, open where you know lots of people. There are five (5) board positions inside each chapter, typically made up from the initial six members. The
President, starts by selecting their Vice President. Then those two select their
next three (3) board members. From these five (5) positions, a membership committee of three
(3) and one (1) ethics chairperson are selected.
