ETHICS CHAIRPERSON
All board members have two titles, except the President. The President does not serve on either committee.
The Ethics Chairperson is responsible for fielding complaints
regarding professionalism of members, timeliness of lead follow ups,
and the like. Issues before the board and committees may require a ruling. If
a member sees or hears of another member’ activity that is less
than professional, they may bring this to the attention of the Ethics
Chairperson. The issue will be addressed first by the member and Ethics
Chairperson and if it requires further attention, they will
discuss with the board, and if further involvement is deemed necessary, the board will meet with the member in private, and a decision rendered. Possible disciplinary
action, changes made or even dismissal from the chapter are possible. If such action is required and involves a board member, Leads2Biz
corporate MUST be notified immediately and will have a representative
present for the board meeting, either face to face, or if not
logistically possible at that time, through a phone meeting setup at a specific time and # to call.
