* The chapter boards do not establish policy, makes rules, or run Leads2Biz. They do not own the chapter and membership. The members are with LeadsBiz. They are the local leaders of that chapter and as such, are there to insure the procedures for the running of the chapters meetings and recruiting of chapter members are adhered to. This includes, but is not limited to: attendance, growth, guests, payments, agenda, professionalism, leads exchange, and assisting members in building their reputations, and growing their business by becoming a Trusted Referral Partner.
LEADS2BIZ CORPORATE
Communicates through the President of the chapter. When asked to make an announcement, the President may do so or elect another board member to make the announcement. Leads2Biz announcements should be completed at the beginning of each meeting.
BOARD MEMBER POSITIONS
Board members are very important to the success of each chapter. ALL board members should set the tone in a professional manner and example on everything they do. If a board member does not feel they can do this, they should step down and be a member of the chapter.
ARRIVAL AND ATTENDANCE
Timely arrivals, attendance at meetings, sticking to the agenda's and proper meeting protocol at all times are required of the board members. All members should notify a board member they know will be in attendance at the next meeting, whenever they know they will be unable to attend a meeting.
