Follow these 5 steps and you will be on your way to a successful Business Referral Networking Site of your own.
STEP #1: FIND 5 BUSINESS OWNERS. Commit mentally to open your own chapter and call Leads2Biz and schedule
your first board meeting. You and your 5 new members will make up the board.
STEP #2. FORM BOARD. Once you have lined up your initial five (5) members, as they are extremely important, make sure they all agree with Leads2Biz
rules and regulations, agenda and other offerings, before signing them
up. Have
all 5 commit and join the chapter before
the actual kickoff meeting of the new chapter. Collect their annual dues of $199 up front. The six of you will form your board. Therefore, you will have at your first meeting: 1) Founder 2) chapter
3) board and 4) six signed up and paid members.
STEP #3: GUESTS. Each
of
the (5) board members will be asked to bring two guests to the Grand Opening
of YOUR chapter. That
means you will have at least 11at the first meeting, if they each bring just one (1). More if they all bring two (2). Leads2Biz will telemarket to those categories of business that YOU request they go after to join your group. These numbers will attract new members. You could have 15- 20- or possibly as many as 25 at your kickoff, of which many are already committed and paid members. There is no question mark as to "will this chapter open and make it" Should I pay not knowing? There will be nobody asking "Can I join once I know the chapter is opened?"
STEP #4: Scheduling
your GRAND OPENING. Since joining is now only $199, and FROZEN FOR LIFE, this should be easy! Plan on holding your grand opening 2 weeks after your board meets.
STEP #5: COMMIT. Have
the initial 5 new members make a commitment to you. Have them join by going online at
www.Leads2biz.biz If they tell you they want to wait, tell them OK, but if another person, who does what they do, wants to pay and join, they could lose their seat. You may have to
find another to fill that seat, as you open your chapter, one who is more committed than they are.
You need committed new members. Form your board from the 5 most committed to you and the chapter. THIS
MUST be done before the Grand Opening, even if it means delaying
