MOVING from One chapter to another
(with good reason) is permitted, provided there is an opening and the
member in good standing requests this move of both chapters. Of
course, our building of reputations, centers of Influence, and Trusted
Referral Partners must start all over, and therefore, this is not to be
taken lightly. A member leaving will be immediately replaced with
similar business type who will receive their future leads. If a
member is found to be joining and moving multiple times, for purpsoes
of gaining more contacts and referral sources, this would be considered
an activity that would warrant the ethics chairpersons immediate
attention, and may be considered grounds for dismissal.

REPLACING a Member-
when the board should have to ask a member to leave for unprofessional
or other conduct, lack of attendance or violation of rules, the member
will receive no refund and the Ethics Chairperson will immediately announce the slot as OPEN and available for a similar business to join.

MEETINGS-
All meetings are closed to members only and their guests. No member
should ever invite a speaker on any topic. A guest should be informed
of the requirements and basic rules before being brought into a
meeting. At the very minimum, this task is performed during the 15
minute networking portion of the meeting by the Meeting Director.

Meeting LOCATIONS & TIMES will be posted on the websites. No changes should be made without notifying Leads2Biz corportate and an announcement will be added to the site.

CONDUCT of Members and Chapter Board Members: both should be professionals at all times, and act in the best interest of Leads2Biz
and all it's members. If a member is not acting in a professional
manner, handling leads properly, disrupting others and meetings,
vioalting the rules of Leads2Biz,
this should be brought to the immediate attention of the Ethics
chairperson in the chapter. In their absence, please notify another
board member. This should not be done openly, but rather privately, to
either repair the problem and damage immediately or to ask the member
to leave. If the damage has gone beyond repair, members won't be
working with that person anyway, so leaving is the only option. The
ethics chairperson may be asked to get involved by board or other
members. Once this is done, decisions by the board are final.
Individual members may not plead their case through corporate Leads2Biz personnel. Their local chapter board has the final say. The board is responsible to act on behalf of Leads2Biz and in it's best interest at all times. If deemed not to be doing so, Leads2Biz
corporate reserves the right to dismiss any board member from the board
and the chapter if necessary, including the Chapter President.

EXCEPTION TO RULES: All board members should know the rules and understand that NO exception to any rules are permissible, unless a Leads2Biz corporate
representative in consulted and gives their approval for the
exception. The business of the chapter, it's appointed board and it's
members is the business of Leads2Biz. If a Leads2Biz representaive
should ask the member or board a question, it is unacceptable for them
to say, "that's confidential" or basically, "none of your business", as
it is very much Leads2Biz business, as is everything that takes place and goes on at Leads2Biz
meetings and board meetings. To simply not answer or discuss the
reason, is definite grounds for immediate action, up to and including
termination from the board, and is a vioaltion on the part of the board
member, as well as a reason for the exception request to be denied.

TWO OF A KIND Want to Join at Same Time-
when this occurs, the membership committee asks both applicants for
their preliminary applications and reviews them, making their decision
based upon the membership requirements listed above #1-#7. The one
scoring the highest will be invited into the chapter first. If they
accept, every effort will be made to help the other join another
chapter or to start another chapter. If a tie, the two, or more, will
be given 5 minutes each at the next meeting to "convince" the board and
membership why they should be the chosen member. Only one will "WIN".
It is not a popularity contest and selection will be based upon ones
center of influence location, willingness, attitude, mindset, and other
factors listed above.

GUESTS- you may bring a GUEST even if they are the same type of business as another member, for purposes of OPENING their own chapter and thereby meeting the requirement of attending once as a guest before joining or starting a chapter. A FOUNDER
may wish to attend, learn and then go on their way to their newly
forming chapter. They are there observing and will most likely be
brought in by Leads2Biz
corporate but will also be brought by members. Under no circumstances
should a member bring a guest to replace another member while that
member, present or not, is still a member.

Leads2Biz Corporate Attendance at Chapter or Board Meetings: All meetings are closed to members, their invited guests, their board and the Leads2Biz
corporate representaive and/or their replacement at all times. Meeting
times are published on the Leads2Biz website and cannot change without
notification to Leads2Biz corporate and the necessary changes made to the website time and location.

FOUNDER- someone who wishes to open their own chapter of Leads2Biz.
They may do so for FREE provided they FIND 5 new members to join and receive payment from all five (5). Co-Founders
are permitted and a maximum of 2 per chapter, meaning 2 FREE and 10
paid, or 12 new members from the start/kickoff date. No Founders or
co-founders may be added once the chapter is formed and officially
launched. FOUNDER TRAINING for 3 hours, face to face if possible or On-Line through GoTo Meeting.com, is mandatory.

RENEGADE
ACTIVITY: Anyone
found to be discussing or attempting to lure any member from Leads2Biz into
another group they are either forming or joining, at a lower cost or even FREE,
would be asked to leave. This is considered inappropriate behavior,
unprofessional conduct and actions detrimental to the health and well being of
the Chapter, it's members and Leads2Biz. This is ground for immediate dismissal
once Ethics chair reviews. This activity must be brought to the attention
of Leads2Biz corporate immediately by either members or board
members. No member may conduct any activity that undermines the
Leads2Biz company, it's members and it's boards of directors, chapters and
employees.
