Leads 2 Biz : Networking Giving Results

HOMECONTACT USPRIVACY
Communications between members, board, and Leads2Biz Corporate should typically be handled in the following manner:
  1. Chapter President: Communications between Leads2Biz corporate and/or district or regional managers and chapter boards/members will go through the chapters President.  Some of the information from Leads2Biz corporate to the Chapter President is to be shared with the board and/or members.  If requested, the President would read the announcement to the board and members at the next meeting.   Chapter President should immediately communicate to Leads2Biz HQ or management, via phone or e-mail, any meeting site and times changes, and any changes in the chapters board or membership.
  2. Chapter Treasurer should communicate with delinquent members and current members whose renewal is due.  Leads2Biz HQ keeps a database of all members and notifies them from 10-30 days prior to RENEWAL with a cc: on the same e-mail to the chapter treasurer.     The Ethics Chairperson should keep Leads2Biz corporate representative, or local district manager aware of any situation requiring corporate assistance, a decision or an exception.   Most all situations should be handled internally by the chapter, as requesting L2B managemtn involvement is not recommended unless the baord cannot handle a situation themselves.
  3. Membership Committee should notify Preliminary Applicants who are "APPROVED" and immediately ask the to JOIN Leads2Biz on Line.    Do not be confused by both a Preliminary Application and a Membership Application process.
  4. When a check is given to the chapter Treasurer, or other Board member, they should mail to Leads2Biz HQ addrss found on the bottom of the website pages.      Reimbursement for any postage will be automatic to the chapter Treasurer, when the check arrives at Leads2Biz.  DO NOT OVERNIGHT.
  5. Chapter Meeting Director -  Have your Meeting Director meet and greet all guests, immediately handing them a brochure and a Preliminary Application form.  Have the Guest complete the form that day.  It is not an order, does not commit them to pay, is not their Application for Membership, nor is it a "YES you are in", as it's a form to see if they are right for the group or not.  Are they in other groups?  Can they give leads to many or all?  Is there someone they cannot give leads to?
  6. The GUEST also evaluates the group, deciding to join or not.   If the GUEST indicates, they'd like to join, the membership committe of (3) votes ASAP and once they have sufficient information to do so.
  7. The membership committee consists of the VP, Meeting Director and the Treasurer, but not the President and Sgt At Arms.  The Sgt At Arms is also the Ethics Chairperson.  2 of 3 votes are needed to be voted in.  Whereas, a unanimous board vote is required in order to vote anyone out of the chapter.  The board can vote as early as IMMEDIATE, or as late as after the next meeting the guest attends.  The guest may not attend a second meeting without being invited to do so and completing the Preliminary App.  If they do not wish to complete it now, tell them they cannot attend another meeting as a guest until they do so.
  8. If telesales was involved in sending a guest, they should be notified via e-mail or phone call as to the status by the meeting director.
  9. If any board member is unsure of who to call, just ask management at Leads2Biz.
