TREASURER
-
notify anyone not paid of their responsibiliy to pay. If still unpaid after one week of the anniversary date, the member status is on hold until the payment is made. During this time, no attendance at meetings is permitted, unless circumstances, in the opinion of the Treasurer, warrant special permission to be given.
-
collect the weekly breakfast fees in cash from all attending members and board members. All members and guesst pay theweekly fee. A member inviting a gues may elect to pay the weekly fee for the guest, however, this is by no means mandatory.
-
make sure guests attend a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of two (2) meetings, prior to being voted on and accepted or rejected by the membership committee. Once approved, Leads2Biz HQ should be notified by fax of the preliminary application with the word APPROVED written across the top, however, a phone call will alos suffice. The newly voted in member then should be informed and instructed to go online and JOIN Leads2Biz. Even after they have completed the preliminary application and/or paid by check.
-
explain the annual dues of $249, the refund policy and what will happen on the anniversary date of their membership
-
makes sure all members are aware that as weekly meetings are paid via cash, and credit cards or checks are not accepted, the weekly meeting/breakfast fee MUST be paid by all, even if they decide to not eat. Exception: Leads2Biz representative may elect to not eat or drink, as they are attending as a corporate representative, and may visit multiple meetings per day/week. As they are not a member of the chapter, their payment is waived. If they order breakfast, they pay the same amount as all members and guests.
-
may elect to offer any member not wishing to eat, the option of ordering coffee, tea, juice, milk or other beverage, and pay a $5 weekly fee. Again, this is A) an option and B) a limitation of one beverage only.
